Gallery Mission
The mission of the Adams State College Art Department galleries is to provide an artistic and cultural learning experience for the local, regional, and college communities. As the largest venue for visual arts in the San Luis Valley, the Cloyde Snook and Hatfield galleries exhibit works by local, regional, national and international artists.
Opportunities for students to interact with guest artists and to participate in student exhibitions occur on a regular basis. Through these exhibits, visiting artists, workshops, and interdisciplinary projects the galleries support and promote art within the college and community.
