Application Process

Four Year Baccalaureate Nursing Program

1. Complete the online application for admission to ASC
2. Download and complete a 4 year nursing application (PDF)
3. Submit the completed nursing application to the Nursing Dept.
4. Submit a copy of all transcripts for previous college course work
5. Schedule an advising session by calling Carol Otto at 719-587-8171

RN-BSN Nursing Program

1. Complete the online application for admission to ASC
2. Download and complete a RN-BSN nursing application (PDF)
3. Submit the completed nursing application to the Nursing Dept.
4. Submit a copy of all transcripts for previous college course work
5. Submit a copy of your RN license to the Nursing Dept.
6. Schedule an advising session by calling Carol Otto at 719-587-8171

Mail the nursing application, transcripts, and RN license (if applicable) to:

Application Deadlines:

• August 1st for Fall semester
• December 1st for Spring semester
