Physics and Pre-Engineering
While Adams State does not currently offer a bachelor's degree in physics, we do have an active academic program and faculty focused on providing opportunities for students to explore the physical and mathematical sciences.
We offer bachelor's degrees in chemical physics and mathematics with a physics emphasis.
In addition, we also have a pre-engineering program for students who may be interested in pursuing a career in engineering. In their first semester, students have the opportunity to explore robotics in a very hands-on environment.

What students say about ASU and what they've learned here:
I appreciate the fact that when I visit my professor’s office there are no lines. It is easy to get a lot of help when you need it.
Small classes mean it is easier to make friends. I’ve had the same students in my classes the last three years, we are close knit and I like that comfort.
