Licensing and Endorsements
Application forms for initial licensure and added endorsement are found on the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) web site.
Visit: cde.state.co.us
Click on the "Educator Licensing/Services" tab on the left side of the screen.
Click on "Click here to continue..." under "Download an Application".
Click on the appropriate application, and then choose from the selections on the next screen.
Submit the appropriate CDE application page that requires the "Dean of Education or Certification Officer" signature to the licensure clerk in the Department of Teacher Education.
The application will be signed and returned to you, with an official transcript, to submit to the licensing unit at CDE.
You are responsible for all fees and costs.
