Linguistically Diverse Educator Endorsement
The two year Master of Arts with Linguistically Diverse Educator endorsement focuses on the development of sound multicultural teaching competencies and educational leadership for service in schools.
This course of study leads to a State of Colorado Linguistically Diverse Educator (K-12) endorsement.
Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Current Colorado Professional Teachers License
Academic Core (required for MA) 3 credits each
- ED 549 Educating Diverse Learners
- ED 550 Curriculum and Assessment
- ED 571 Educational Research
Cognate Requirements (3 credits each)
- LLC 510 Foundations of Literacy, Language and Culture
