Undergraduate Admission Process
There are 3 phases involved in the admission application process:

Phase I Application:

Academic Recommendation Form (pdf)
Work w/Children Form (pdf) -
- Elementary Admission Application (pdf)
K-12 Admission Application (pdf)
Secondary Admission Application (pdf)
SPED Generalist Admission Application (pdf) -
- When you submit your application, you will schedule a date to write your Theme Paper.
Phase II Theme Writing:

Elementary Theme Paper Rubric (pdf)
Secondary/K-12 Theme Paper Rubric (pdf) -
- Once your theme writing has been passed, you will schedule a time and date for your Admission Interview.
Phase III Interview:

Successful completion of each phase is required to continue to the next phase. All phases must be met for admission into the Teacher Education Program.
