Adams State Print Shop
The ASC Print Shop works with faculty and staff to make sure publications are professionally produced to ASC standards. Initially, design needs, printing requirements, and time frames are determined. We'll make sure that you get the professional look for all your publicity and marketing needs.
Graphic design services are provided at no cost. Print prices vary by the type of job and quantities to be printed. An estimate will be provided before printing begins.
You will be provided a proof (either hard copy or pdf). You must approve the proof and costs, plus provide a budget code for billing, before printing begins. Planning ahead ensures that you will have what you want, when you need it.
We offer several types of printing services -
- Offset printing (printing on a press) is typically used for larger quantities. We work closely with a number of printers and send your job to the appropriate printer. Plan a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks to complete your project design and printing.
- For "quick printing" the Print Shop utilizes state of the art black/white and color copiers that will print up to 12x18 finished sizes. Copiers are typically used for jobs that require fewer numbers of copies and need quicker turn around times. Plan 5 to 6 days to complete your project.
