Due to mail processing changes at our local U.S. Post Office all outgoing mail MUST be received in the Richardson Hall Mail Room by 12:00 P.M. each day. Any mail received after 12:00 P.M. will NOT go out until the next Business Day. In order to help ensure your mail gets processed quickly, efficiently, and metered properly we ask that all mail addressed to Alamosa (81101), and International mail be sorted and separated, as well as any On-Campus mail. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Any personal mail going out must be paid for with cash or check only, we do not accept credit cards.
Departments picking up packages must do so after 2PM.
