ASC Cares Day

Saturday September 24, 2011

Recruitment for the fall begins in late August, continuing until all projects are filled or September 24. Teams are encouraged to remain active with their chosen agency throughout the year and regroup in April for an end-of-year Celebration Event.

NOTE: A team may opt to create its own project so long as it meets a demonstrated need within the community. Please discuss this with United Campus Ministry.

ASC Cares Volunteer Fair & Club Foodfest

Wednesday September 21 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Rex Lawn on the ASC Campus

The San Luis Valley is home to a variety of nonprofit organizations. ASC hosts these organizations each year at the ASC Cares Volunteer Fair. Students, faculty and staff learn the ways nonprofits serve the community and also find opportunities to volunteer.

The ASC Cares Volunteer Fair is also a fundraiser for campus clubs to sell food items. Come enjoy tasty treats, be entertained, enjoy the crisp fall weather, and celebrate community!

Nonprofit organizations or ASC clubs may register for a booth at the fair.
