DROPS/REFUNDS FROM ASU

I have Dropped/Withdrawn from my PBS course:

(1) Do I have to notify ASU?

Yes. Please notify ASU immediately (in writing) of any PBS course drop/withdrawal. Submit notification via email to partners@adams.edu or send a FAX to 719.587.7974 / Att: Cheryl. Allow 5-7 business days for processing. Email confirmation will be sent to you once your request is fully processed. Notifications should include the following information:
  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Dropped Course Info: PBS Course Number and Title
  • Mailing Address (used during registration)
  • Daytime Phone number

(2) Will I receive a refund for the graduate credit fee?

Yes. A refund of fees paid to ASU for graduate credit will be issued.

Important: Written requests must be received far in advance of the last day of the course.

(3) Can I drop my request for ASU graduate credit and receive a refund after the course ends?

 No.
