ASC Student Job Listings
- A Work-Study job offer does not guarantee job placement, nor the funds offered. Students must find a job and work in order to receive these funds.
- Students are responsible for locating their own job.
- Job openings are posted at the beginning of the fall semester and throughout the school year as positions become available.

** NOTE: After being hired, students will need to complete their section of the Authorization for Student Employment form. Be sure your Supervisor completes her section as well.
Additionally, all first-time student employees will need to complete an I-9, as well as the new I-9 affirmation, a W-4, and the ASC Drug Free Statement.
** Be certain students use their permanent rather than campus addresses on all employment documentation.
** The Student Employment Program will require a a copy of a photo ID and Social Security card for payroll purposes.
