Years in the making – art students completing their degrees at Adams State University exhibit their latest and best artwork in the Cloyde Snook and Hatfield Galleries through May 9. "Some people may think those who make art are crazy in thinking they could make an impact on a single mind's eye," said the artists. They invite the public to their closing reception from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, May 9, in the Art Building.
The Adams State Art Department offers a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts to students. The BFA students include Laura Hopkins, Alicia Nelson, Troy E. Parker, and Fawn Tatro. Their art is on exhibit in the Cloyde Snook Gallery.
Those earning a BA will exhibit their art in the Hatfield Gallery. The BA art students include Bernita Balekian, Kacey Gambrell, Christopher Jiron, Kellicia Morse, Vivian Ochoa, Brittany Petsche, Cristen M. Strank-G. and Colleen Szygielski.
"Come and see the variety of art presented by these creative minds who are solely focused on success," added the art students.
