Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Adams State College hosted a week of activities from January 19 through January 23.
Students, faculty, staff and community members march for peace from Milagro's Coffee House, in downtown Alamosa to campus.
Dr. Ed Crowther, King scholar, provides insight into the King era.
Events included films, lectures, marching, and Ben Butler, senior theater major, performing King's final speech , "I've Been To The Mountaintop" in Richardson Hall Auditorium.
Campus and community gather to watch President Obama's inauguration.
