Scratching out art

Although the spring 2010 semester has just started, the Art Department guest artists are ready at the easel.

Charles Ewing, local wildlife artist, curated the current Cloyde Snook Gallery exhibit, a collection of scratchboard art by artists across the nation.

Friday afternoon, the artists demonstrate the art of scratching for current students. Tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 23, from 9 a.m. until noon demonstrations are open to the public in the Art Building room 142.
