Children from the Gingerbread House enjoyed a day as 'college students' on Veteran's Day.

The children took notes during a class, and saw a video on the food chain. Later they visited the Nielsen Library for some 'research' and then Dr. Linda Christian's, associate professor of Teacher Education, ED 179 students (So You Want to Be a Teacher class) helped the students go through the cafeteria line.

"They enjoyed eating with the college students before going back to Gingerbread for a much needed rest," said Christian.
