Make-Up Exams

Sometimes missing class is inevitable. The Office of Student Affairs has developed a list of acceptable excused absences . If you have missed an exam because of an excused absence, your professor may or may not utilize the Grizzly Testing & Learning Center to proctor the make-up exam.

The student is required to schedule a time to take their make-up exam at least 24 hours in advance. They must also present a valid ID at the time of the exam as well as any other information their professor may require. The GTLC will proctor the exam as per the professors’ instructions. Any additional material not allowed by the professor will be secured at the front desk and can be picked up upon completion of the exam. No cell phones or other electronics are allowed in the testing rooms unless specified by the professor.
