Through the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative Adams State University partnered with Rio Grande Savings and Loan and Trinidad State Junior College Educational Foundation to provide scholarships for 18 students from Rio Grande County. Adams State attended the Rio Grande County Commissioners Meeting on March 13, in Del Norte, Colo., to express appreciation to RGSL for their support.
