Adams State University Empower U committee will host a week of events from April 13 through April 17. At all the events, Passport to Fitness will be handed out for a chance to win prizes at the Undie Mile on Friday.
Dr. Misti Neutzling will speak during the Cultural Change event at 2 p.m. Monday, April 13, in the East Campus room 101. Neutzline works in the Physical Education Teacher Education program at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. She graduated with her Ph.D. in sport and exercise science with an emphasis in sport pedagogy from the University of Northern Colorado. She will lead a session on electronic fitness and nutrition tracking. In this session people will be learning about my fitness pal and cody apps.
