The average financial aid package for incoming students was $12,858 for in-state students and $17,430 for non-resident students per year!
Students received aid in the form of grants and scholarships that didn’t have to be paid back for an average of $7,300 for in-state students and $9,680 for non-resident students. 46% of undergraduate students receive a Federal Pell Grant up to $7,395 per year for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Adams State University encourages students to take advantage of our generous tuition window. Full-time, on-campus students have a flat rate for tuition and fees for 12 to 16 credits each semester.
To finish a 120 credit hour bachelor’s degree in four years, our First-Year Advising Center recommends students should average at least 15 credits per semester.
