Costilla County Commissioners with Adams State president, staff and students

Through the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative Adams State University partnered with Costilla County and Trinidad State Junior College Educational Foundation to provide scholarships for seven students from Costilla County. Representatives from Adams State including the president and students attended the Regular Board of Costilla County Commissioners Meeting on February 18, in San Luis, Colo., to express appreciation for the continued support.
