Official transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office and bear the University seal and Registrar’s signature. Unofficial transcripts contain the same academic information as the official version, but do not bear the official seal or signature. Transcripts are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise.

Official Transcripts are $16 and can be sent by mail or email. Unofficial transcripts are $5.25 when sent by mail and $15.25 when sent by fax.

The best first step is to log into your Parchment account, then visit the Parchment Help Center, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and articles to support your needs. You can also engage with ParchieBot, an intelligent chat function designed to answer your questions and provide order information. From the Parchment Help Center, you can also submit a web case for support or contact a Learner Support Representative for assistance. The Support Team is available M-F, 8am – 8pm ET.

Walk-in Transcript Request

Walk-in requests for transcripts can be made at the One Stop Student Services Center located in the Student Union Building on the corner of First and Stadium streets. The fee is $16 per official transcript and $5.25 per unofficial transcript. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Summer hours are 7:30am to 4:15pm).

Parents, spouses, friends or relatives may obtain a student’s transcript at the One Stop provided they have written authorization from the student and photo ID. Third parties with signed release forms may pay for and request student transcripts which will be mailed after notification to the student has occurred.

Fax, Mailed, or Emailed Request

Written requests can be made using the Transcript Request Form and sent to the Registrar’s Office by fax, mail, or email. If sending your request by email, you should not provide credit card information on the form but instead provide a number at which we can call you for payment information.

This form can be used to order official transcripts to be sent by mail or unofficial transcripts to be sent by mail or fax. This form cannot be used to request electronic transcripts to be sent by email. Electronic transcripts can only be ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse (see previous). Processing time for these requests may take between 7-10 business days during peak periods.

Free Transcripts

Enrolled students can obtain an unofficial transcript via their Onestop Student Account. Please note that Extended Studies students do not have online access to view their transcripts however, they will receive a complimentary transcript after final grades have been posted for their class(es).
