The annual Adopt a Migrant Family event sponsored by the Adams State University Migrant Education Program continues its success assisting local migrant families. “Of course, we couldn’t have done it without the wonderful support of the community,” Esmeralda Martinez, director, said. “Our local agricultural workers have been heavily impacted by the pandemic; hence their extreme appreciation for all the wonderful donations and gifts.”
