Graduate Student Intent to Graduate Form Submission

The Intent to Graduate Form must be submitted by the due dates listed below. Applications received after these dates will be charged a $20 processing fee. You must also notify your academic department of your late application:

  • Spring Graduation: February 15th
  • Summer Graduation: June 15th (April 1st for name in Spring commencement program)
  • Fall Graduation: September 15th

If you are a Master of Arts, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or Doctor of Philosophy degree seeking student and plan to graduate, you must fill out the Intent to Graduate Form in your Adams State Student Account. Failure to complete this application in a timely manner will delay conferring of your degree and receipt of your diploma.

If you do not complete all degree requirements by the end of the semester in which you intend to graduate, you must complete another Intent to Graduate Form to graduate in a subsequent semester. This application is good only for the semester indicated and does not automatically move to a later date.

It is your responsibility as the student to ensure that all graduation requirements have been met.

If you encounter any issues in applying for graduation, please email our Administrative Assistant, Karie Young, at kmyoung@adams.edu stating the issue you are encountering and your student ID 900#.
