Distance learning and extended studies classes are not included in the tuition window.
College Service Fee
This portion of the Student Fees funds student services and support. Per credit hour, charges of $36.00 are assessed for credits enrolled in from 1 through 12.
The services funded include, but are not limited to:
- Student Government $3.26
- Recreation $0.41
- Student Union Center $8.14
- Rex Activity Center $6.25
- Athletics $11.88
- Student Activities $6.06
The total fee for 12 to 16 credit hours is $432.00 for College Service Fees. Additional $36.00 per hour for any credit hour greater than 16 will be assessed.
Capital Fee
The Capital fee supports bonded facility debt service and facility operations as well as capital repair and replacement. Per credit hour of $97.38 are assessed for credits enrolled in from 1 to 12.

Technology Fee
Used for equipping new smart classrooms, staffing and maintaining computer labs, and providing students access to academic software. Per credit hour of $17.80 are assessed for credits enrolled in from 1 to 12.

The total fee for 12 to 16 credit hours is $213.60 for Technology Fees. Additional $17.80 per hour for any credit hour greater than 16 will be assessed.
Security and Parking Fee
This fee supports security initiatives across campus, maintenance of parking lots, and new signage for the University transition. A parking decal is included with this fee.
Assessed to all students taking 6 or more credit hours on the Adams State campus at a flat $37.50 per semester.
Security and Parking Fee is not assessed for the summer semester.
Tuition Surcharge
Covers the cost of delivering instruction off campus or online (at a distance).
