Our Custodial Staff are an essential part of Adams State University success. Maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities is crucial to providing a safe, comfortable, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment that is conducive to teaching, learning, and living on campus. Our goal is to create the best possible experience for our customers.
Services
- Daily cleaning, five times weekly, of rest rooms, locker rooms, offices, classrooms and common areas
- Weekly thorough cleaning
- Project cleaning such as carpets, hard surface flooring, window and window blinds,
- Twice annual detail cleaning of all residence halls

Housing
- Monday through Friday 6 a.m. 3 p.m.
Residence Restrooms halls, offices, Laundry rooms, and common areas are cleaned.
Plachy Hall
- Thursday through Monday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Tuesday through Saturday 2 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Locker rooms, restrooms, halls, offices, gym, field house and common areas are cleaned.
Student Union Building
- Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday through Friday 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Restrooms, banquet rooms, meeting rooms, halls, offices, computing lab, and common areas are cleaned.
Academic Buildings
- Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m..
- Monday through Friday 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
