Degree Requirements

1. B.A. in Elementary Education

2. Emphasis Requirements

Two of the following courses:

  • MATH 106: College Algebra GT-MA1 (3 hours)
  • MATH 107: Trig/ Analytic Geometry GT-MA1 (3 hours)
  • MATH 120: Single Var Calculus I GT-MA1 (5 hours)
  • MATH 121: Single Var Calculus II GT-MA1 (5 hours)

Completion of all the following courses:

  • MATH 140: Geometry Using Technology (3 hours)
  • MATH 205: Intro to Statistical Methods (3 hours)
  • MATH 230 : Excursions in Mathematics ( 3 hours)
  • CSCI 104: Fundamentals of Programming (3 hours) OR
  • CSCI 202: Programming for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering (3 hours)
