Community members are invited to an open meeting to learn about Adams State University’s current leadership and financial standing. The meeting will be held Wednesday, February 28, at 6 p.m. in Porter Hall room 130. Free parking in campus lots is available after 5 p.m.
Dr. Matt Nehring, acting president, will discuss his role as acting president; provide information on closing the fiscal year 2018 budget shortfall; and describe the components of the plan to identify $2.7 million in net operating gains for fiscal year 2019. Cleave Simpson, chair of the Adams State Board of Trustees, will also be available to answer questions.
