Adams State University President Beverlee J. McClure was among 20 women recognized during Women’s Month by La Voz, a bilingual newspaper published in Denver. The paper ran a feature, "Celebrating women in Colorado," in its March 29 edition. The article said, "Today we honor some of Colorado’s most influential and successful women who have helped shape Colorado. . . . Their limitless hours spent for the betterment of Colorado’s communities is impressive and inspirational."
