The Adams State University Department of Music presents “Plays Well With Others” a Chamber Music Benefit Concert for the Valley Humane League. The concert begins at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20 in Leon Memorial Hall. General admission is $15, or $10 with a donation item and student admission is $10, or $5 with a donation item.
Donation items needed include bleach, dish soap, laundry soap, blankets, dog beds, yummy dog treats, fun dog toys, quality leashes, harnesses, collars, and sweaters to keep the smallest dogs warm. All proceeds benefit Valley Humane League.
The concert will feature ASU music faculty (and dog lovers) Tracy Doyle, flute; Angela Winter, horn; James Doyle; percussion; and Tyleen Stults, piano performing a variety of chamber music, including works by Ewazen, Mozart, Faure, Clarke, Bernstien and others.
