Through the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative Adams State University partnered with Costilla County and Trinidad State Junior College Educational Foundation to provide scholarships for five students from Costilla County. Adams State attended the Regular Board of Costilla County Commissioners Meeting on February 5, in San Luis, Colo., to express appreciation for the continued support.
