Alamosa High School student Isaiah Avila is awarded a scholarship to Adams State University by President Cheryl D. Lovell after being selected the Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley Youth of the Year.
Boys and Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley serves the most students with after-school programing of any non-profit organization in the area. Adams State supports the youth program with a scholarship for its annual youth of the year recipient.
