The Adams State University Police Department welcomed Officer Roberto Falomir at a swearing-in ceremony, April 1. He previously served two years as a Costilla County Sheriff’s Deputy and has worked with ASUPD part-time since December. Falomir is also an instructor in less-lethal tactics and weaponry.
"We are pleased to have someone of Roberto’s caliber join our team of professional police officers here at the Adams State University Police Department," said ASU Chief of Police Paul Grohowski.
At the ceremony, Falomir was joined by his wife, Ana; daughter, Analee; mother, Martha; and sister, Juanita.
