The Adams State University Jazz Concert begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, in Richardson Hall Auditorium.
The concert will feature some of the traditional jazz classics from Miles Davis and Dizzy Gillespie, plus a few surprises. "We will be dipping into some classic Smokey Robinson, art rock from King Crimson and a twist on a Kurt Weil classic," said Joseph Armetta, ASU Jazz Ensemble director. "Also, for the first time the jazz band and 68 West will perform two tunes together."
