Enter your favorite chile recipe in the Adams State University Classified Employees Council Chile Cook-Off. This year the cook-off is held in conjunction with the annual Craft Fair on Saturday, November 7, in the Plachy Hall Field House.
Chile Cook-Off contestants pay $15 per entry. Cash prizes for first and second place in both red and green chile categories.
If sampling the chile happens to be your thing, voting by the public is from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tickets to sample the chile cost $5 and include the right to vote for your favorite dish.
Registration deadline is November 6. The Craft Fair will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m.
