Please read before submitting a Work Order

  • If your card key is not working, please contact the Housing Office for a replacement.
  • For internet, telephone, & television issues (including outlet face plates), please contact the Housing Office.
  • For institutional clothes washers & dryers, please contact MacGray (the telephone number is located on the machine).
  • For clogged sinks & toilets, please contact an RA for a plunger BEFORE submitting a work order.
  • For pest control issues, please contact the Housing Office directly.

University Housing and Residence Life staff includes a skilled and dedicated maintenance crew. If you have a maintenance issue in your room or a common area, please submit a Work Order by logging in and following the prompts.

How to fill out a Work Order

  1. Click the “Submit Work Order” button above
  2. Click “Register Here” and complete the registration form (you only have to do this once), OR
  3. If you have already registered, Log In
  4. Enter Your Information
  5. Select the location of the problem: Select Building:  Coronado, Girault, Houtchens, McCurry, Moffatt, Petteys, Residence at the Rex or Savage. Type in room number and area (common area, restroom, kitchen, etc.) Please be specific!!
  6. Select the problem type: Custodial, electrical, grounds, etc.
  7. Describe your problem or request in detail (please be detailed in your description (What is wrong? Where is the Problem located? What caused it?)
  8. Indicate the time available for maintenance to begin work (maintenance will not enter a student’s room before 10am unless otherwise specified)
  9. Skip the purpose and attachment sections, as these are not used.
  10. Enter the submittal password: Adams State
  11. Submit your work order
  12. You will receive email updates on your work order
