***Banner PROD Downtime for Saturday, 5/4***

Beginning at 7:00 AM MT Saturday, May 4th, and lasting until approximately 12:00 noon MST, the Banner Production environment will be unavailable while Financial Aid updates for the loan processing process are deployed. During this time, ALL Banner PROD services will be unavailable, including Banner Admin, Self-Service, Web-Services, and School Services, etc.

***Workday Downtime for Friday, 5/3 through Saturday, 5/4***

Due to quarterly planned maintenance, non-production Workday tenants will be unavailable this week as follows:

Sandbox, Sandbox Preview, and Implementation tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 16 hours beginning Friday, May 3rd at 7:00 PM MT to Saturday, May 4th at 11:00 AM MT.

The San Luis Valley Symphony will present Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue in its 100th anniversary year with Dr. William Lipke on the piano, Dr. Brooke Miller on clarinet, Dr. James Lind on trumpet and Dr. Mark Garberich on trombone. The program will also include music by George Frederic Handel and Johann Sebastian Bach. Admission is $5 adults/$1 students/Free to AS&F. END OF MONTH is here! That means TIME ENTRIES ARE DUE!

Please submit your April time entries in Workday no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Any hours not submitted by the end of April, will not be paid until their June 15^th paycheck.

This means you may need to submit your time twice in one week.

***Computing Services Maintenance for Thursday, 4/25***

Beginning at 9:00 PM MT this evening, we will be installing April updates on all Windows production servers. During the installation of these updates, users will experience intermittent outages (5-15 minutes) and brief interruptions to network services as systems reboot.

***Workday Downtime for Friday, 4/26 through Saturday, 4/27***

Due to regular weekly planned maintenance, the Workday tenants will be unavailable as follows:

–The Production tenant will be unavailable for a maximum of 3 hours beginning Friday, April 26th at 12:00 AM MT to Saturday, April 27th at 3:00 AM MT.

–Non-Production tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 12 hours beginning Friday, April 26th at 5:00 PM MT to Saturday, April 27th at 5:00 AM MT.

–Additionally, the Sandbox tenant will not be refreshed on Friday, April 26th.
