Summer invoices are now available online. Payment plans for Summer 2024 will be available on May 15th. The deadline to enroll in a payment plan for summer semester is June 30th.
If you have an outstanding balance from prior semesters, please log into your electronic invoice  to view and make a payment. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us via email  studentbusiness@adams.edu or call 719-587-7728.
If you are using Veteran benefits, are a Resident Assistant or a third-party entity is paying all or part of your charges please contact Student Business Services directly. If you have any questions regarding your invoice please email studentbusiness@adams.edu or call 719-587-7728.
Adams State will send all billing notifications to registered students to their Adams State email, log into your email from the One Stop Student Services web site at

***Banner PROD Downtime for Saturday, 5/4***

Beginning at 7:00 AM MT Saturday, May 4th, and lasting until approximately 12:00 noon MST, the Banner Production environment will be unavailable while Financial Aid updates for the loan processing process are deployed. During this time, ALL Banner PROD services will be unavailable, including Banner Admin, Self-Service, Web-Services, and School Services, etc.

***Workday Downtime for Friday, 5/3 through Saturday, 5/4***

Due to quarterly planned maintenance, non-production Workday tenants will be unavailable this week as follows:

Sandbox, Sandbox Preview, and Implementation tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 16 hours beginning Friday, May 3rd at 7:00 PM MT to Saturday, May 4th at 11:00 AM MT.

The San Luis Valley Symphony will present Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue in its 100th anniversary year with Dr. William Lipke on the piano, Dr. Brooke Miller on clarinet, Dr. James Lind on trumpet and Dr. Mark Garberich on trombone. The program will also include music by George Frederic Handel and Johann Sebastian Bach. Admission is $5 adults/$1 students/Free to AS&F. Please submit your April time entries in Workday no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Any hours not submitted by the end of April, will not be paid until their June 15^th paycheck.

This means you may need to submit your time twice in one week.
